Quilting Bar

As the name suggests, the Quilting Bar attachment is usually used in quilting. This bar attaches to the machine behind the ankle of the machine and sits to the right or left of the foot as required. The bar sits gently on top of your fabric and keeps your stitching parallel. It is used widely for quilting diagonal parallel lines across quilt tops. The bar can be used in gentle curves also, creating beautiful quilting effects. Adjusting the position of the bar will result in differing widths of line.
