Extension Table

The Extension Table is an invaluable accessory when sewing large, bulky items. Great to use for quilting or curtain making because it lifts the bulk of the item up level with the needle. This avoids the fabric pulling on the needle as it is stitching and allows the feed dogs to feed the fabric smoothly and evenly. The extension table also allows for greater control of stitching giving you a larger area in which to place your hands for efficient guidance of the fabric. Also good for embellishing.
