Baby Lock products are manufactured to the highest possible standards.

Term of Warranty

Embellisher, Blind Hemmer
Your new machine has a warranty of one (1) year on parts and labour from purchase date against any defect arising from faulty materials or workmanship.

BL9900 Gold & BL8850 Silver
Your new machine has a warranty of five (5) years on mechanical parts, two (2) years on motors, electronic and electrical parts and labour from purchase date against any defect arising from faulty materials or workmanship.

Stellar
Your new machine has a warranty of five (5) years on mechanical parts, two (2) years on motors, electrical parts and labour from purchase date against any defect arising from faulty materials or workmanship.

Eclipse, Imagine, Imagine Wave, Evolve, Evolve Wave, BLCS Coverstitch
Your new machine has a warranty of one (1) year from purchase date on parts and labour against any defect arising from faulty materials or workmanship. A further four (4) years Extended Warranty on parts and labour is offered on your overlocker subject to the following conditions.

Conditions of Warranty

• Warranty Card must be received and registered with Tuscan Sunset Pty Ltd within seven (7) days of purchase date.
• Original purchase invoice and service dockets must be supplied in the event of a warranty claim. These invoices and service dockets must be legible and complete with service history, they must also state date of purchase or service, model and serial number of product and dealers name.

Parts not covered by warranty

Embellisher, Blind Hemmer
• needles, needle plates, needle threaders, loopers, belts, globes, head thread guides, knives.

Eclipse, Imagine, Imagine Wave, Evolve, Evolve Wave, BLCS Coverstitch, Stellar
• needles, needle plates, needle threaders, head thread guides, loopers, belts, globes, knives.

BL9900 Gold & BL8850 Silver
• needles, needle plates, needle threaders, belts, bobbins, globes, knives.

Conditions not covered by warranty

• Damage caused by current irregularities (ie power surges, electrical storms, power fluctuations from generators).
• Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, use of non genuine parts and or accessories.
• Should the machine be adjusted or repaired by any person other than authorised Baby Lock service personnel this warranty automatically becomes void
• This warranty does not cover machines that are not solely used for domestic purposes or the cost of freight and insurance to and from the place of service.
• The consumer benefits from certain warranties and conditions contained in Federal and State legislation. Those benefits cannot by law be excluded and it is not intended to modify them. This warranty offers benefits to consumers in addition to and without restricting in any way, the benefits conferred by law.
• Damage resulting from lack of service as specified below:

• Eclipse, Imagine, Imagine Wave, Evolve, Evolve Wave, BLCS Coverstitch
  Machine MUST be serviced at yearly intervals at customers’ expense for the duration of the warranty.

• Stellar, BL9900 Gold & BL8850 Silver
  Recommended service intervals, low to moderate usage service every two (2) years, high usage check with your Baby Lock dealer for appropriate service intervals
